Better your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) with this Yoga for BJJ Program, made to boost your mobility and functional movement.

This series targets common problem areas like hips, shoulders, knees and spine, and makes your joints feel better. Perfect for hobbyists of all levels, this program combines mobility, bodyweight strength training, and yoga for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to help you avoid injuries and enjoy the sport better.

This yoga for bjj program is designed to keep you injury-free and boost your jiu-jitsu skills. It's helped me move smoother, progress faster, and helped me stay on the mat for over 33 years, and I know it can do the same for you. As a yoga teacher and jiu-jitsu fanatic, I see every day why they’re a perfect match. But Jiu-jitsu is very specific, so if you only do BJJ and nothing else, you risk injury and slower progress.

This program focuses on the general stuff—full-body movements, compound exercises, mobility, stability. It's about moving better overall, so those skills translate to jiu-jitsu without you even thinking. You'll feel stronger, more connected, and in control, which will automatically elevate your jiu-jitsu.

I've trained all over the world and seen the same mistakes made everywhere. Warm-ups that are not connected to Jiu-Jitsu like situps and running, weight lifting without mobility making everyone more stiff, and hard sparring using only your favorite moves. That horrible formula misses everything yo needed to get better and stay healthy.

And even doing Jiu-jitsu at a high level still actually means rounding your back and flexes your spine, meaning you train yourself to a bad posture. And lifting weights will tighten you up even more. This program counters all that and opens you up, giving you mobility, flexibility, stability, and full range of motion strength - a unique mix you won't get from what you’ve tried before.

The most common jiu-jitsu injuries are in the shoulders, neck, back, knees, and hips. It's obvious why if you look at a typical BJJ class! I think that imbalances causes most of injuries, and this program brings balance to your movement. This program targets those areas with exercises to get you out of pain and keep it away

This program includes yoga, bodyweight exercises, mobility training, flexibility training, and breathing exercises. All you need is space – your living room, outside, or your gym – and your jiu-jitsu belt. It's for all levels, from white belt to black belt, you can be a stretching newbie or pro - No experience is needed to start. Even if you don’t train jiu-jitsu, this program will help you make any sport better and more enjoyable.
