Hey everyone and welcome to the back to practice program This program is perfect if you've fallen off the wagon a little bit or you want to create that consistency with yoga for BJJ again We start off with a five minute video then we've got some ten minute videos and we're going to just ramp it up and up and up Okay, there's other there's videos from other programs in this program and these videos are perfect for you If you're trying to get back into it So you're going to get a little bit of other programs as well as a taster for other directions to go with the yoga for BJJ Practice once you've built that habit, but the main thing is getting back to practice Okay, so get on the five minute video today if you want to put on another video afterwards great If not, there's no pressure you've just started with five minutes today and then do video two tomorrow and you can go through the program as many times as you want or Say like segue off into other programs from the videos if you enjoy them, okay Thanks for watching guys, and I will see you in the first video, which is the next one coming up
