Hi guys and congratulations on finishing the 10 in 10 which was 10 tidbits of appetizers for what yoga can bring you. Hopefully you're feeling some kind of improvement in your muscles and joints and perhaps even your mind. But what we're going to do now is we're going to start on a two week journey. I used to call this the startup week but a week was not enough and a lot of people felt that it progressed too fast.
So now we're going to do it like a new 10 session series but we're going to do five the first week and then Saturday, Sunday or the last two days no matter when you start you're going to choose two of the classes that you liked or that you need to improve and then we start on the next one. So we're going to do 10 classes, you do five with me and then you repeat two of those and then you do the last five and repeat two of those. So two weeks from now with yoga every day I will have taken you from where you finished the 10 in 10 and suddenly you have a very good grasp of what yoga for BJ is all about. But I want you to really commit now.
You don't start this one and then three days from now you kind of start watching Game of Thrones again. You can do that too but I want you to be super consistent for two weeks and really if you're going to start make sure you complete it. So the setup is different than it used to be before I just did a class and I tried to explain as I went along but now we're going to do tutorials. So each day we're going to start with three poses and then after that so it's two videos first tutorials with three poses and then we do a flow and we try to apply what we learned in the tutorials in the flow.
So this is kind of the introduction video. So you first take the tutorial watch it once or twice and then you do the flow class and you're finished for today. Okay let's do this guys. Let's start.
