Which program does everyone start with and how do you want them to progress? This was the main issue that people had many years ago when we started the website that there was no guidance. We realized that we have to take everybody through the same basic program to teach the basics. So that's why we created 10 minutes for 10 days and then moving into startup week.
And I take you to slow progressions. We cut out all the fancy stuff, make it very very simple so that everybody can do it. And if you find yourself to be ultra inflexible, it's almost that you're so inflexible that you want to compete in an inflexibility tournament like I'm the stiffest guy in the world. Then we accommodate for that by creating specially designed programs, Yoga for Rocks, like literal, the muscles are almost literal rocks.
And I made more than four specific programs for that. And that's one of our most popular programs ever, is it? Yoga for Rocks, yeah. I guess a lot of people have problems from sitting and their lifestyle in general, especially if you get into jujitsu later on.
We do startup week and then we have foundation week. After foundation week, is it a good idea to go into the other specific programs or what would you suggest for a user after startup week, after they got a little tutorial? I think the competition week and those kind of flows, the longer classes, maybe the live yoga classes, we have a couple of those to try to do 30 to 60 minute classes. It's going to be a nice challenge after you...
and the less talking more yoga flows are also because they're a little bit more fast paced. So you have a lot of options for that.
