Hi guys, I just recorded a new program that I call foundation week. So I'm assuming you did the startup week a few times, like four or five times. And now it's time to move on to more challenges. So the foundation week, we build up through all the standing poses, some stretches.
So by the end of the fifth session, at the end of the week, you have full mastery and understanding of the basic standing poses and some of the more tricky poses like side plank and stuff like that. So this is the best transition that I could muster up from the complete beginner to the one stripe white belt beginner. So at the end of the foundation week, it will be like you did enough to go to any academy in the world and you could follow the warm up and you could follow the technique and understand the concepts of like half guard, closed guard, mount and stuff like that. So when you finish the foundation week and did it a few rounds, then you can go to any yoga studio in the world and you at least know your limitations and you need you know your weaknesses and your strength.
