Become a Yoga for BJJ Instructor: Teacher Training Course

What is the purpose behind creating this course? The first purpose of this course is knowing exactly what to teach. Maybe you can comment on that. Well, this is not to be really clear.

This is not a yoga teacher training. So you will not be a qualified yoga instructor after this course. So this is specifically for those who want to teach yoga to BTJ crowds. So the focus will be on sequences, warm-ups, class and cooldowns for Jiu-Jitsu people.

And we have several different setups for that. We made it very simple for you to start teaching by creating set sequences that you will learn inside out. So that you know after this one comes that one. Because when you're a new yoga teacher, it takes years for you to learn how to sequence classes and structure everything and remember everything.

So we made that time, we just shrink that time down to a week or two by making by giving you a really good starting point. This is a superb starting point. So basically cutting off several years of development and just starting with at purple belt level. That was our goal with creating these classes.

The second big purpose of this course is to learn how to deliver what you know. Because it doesn't matter if you have the golden knowledge, if you cannot communicate it. So getting real-life experience through group work and by feedback and questions and answers to learn how to deliver a good class is the second purpose of this course. And of course to do this efficiently and fast is also really important.

So what to teach, how to teach this and do that fast. That is how this course is created.
