Hey everyone, I just want to say a massive thanks and well done for completing the 10 for 30. Keep at it, okay, I've said it a few times in the last week but it's so important that you don't look at this as like I've completed it, that's it, ticked off, okay. Restart the programme, it's going to feel completely different and you're going to feel more comfortable in certain poses, you're going to feel better about yourself because you know what's coming up and just keep progressing and using these cool down classes. If you've got a favourite, you know, maybe your shoulders are feeling tight after a particular jiu jitsu session, you can use these classes to cool you down after that or maybe your back's hurting a little bit because you've been sat down all day, you can pick one of your favourite spine videos and try that, okay.
So don't look at this as this programme's over, look at this as a continuous thing and it's going to continue to help you, help your jiu jitsu, help how you feel and help all the different areas of the body that we work on.
