Level 1+2+3 is now $297! buy this and get all three levels combined

This section might seem redundant, since you already signed up, but it's better to say it one extra time rather than one time too less.

This course is for you if one or more of the following points resonates with you:

You are an academy owner or BJJ instructor and are tired of low quality warm ups and complementary training

You want to understand the principles and nuances behind the Yoga for BJJ videos you have been doing for some time

You want to improve your teaching/communication/pedagogy skills dramatically, practically over night

Skip 5-10 years of trial and error of what and how to teach a really good movement class. All the hard work has already been done, all you need to do is learn and practice, and you will never have to start from scratch again.

You have had injuries that sucked the life out of you, and want to be much better prepared next time, and possibly help others in the same boat as you

This course is NOT for you if:

You expect a full 200 hours Yoga teacher training and call yourself a full on Yoga teacher. Please re-read this. It is important that you understand this. No chanting, philosophy, anatomy, history, sanskrit, etc.

You think that you are over qualified because you already have a 200h TT, or physiotherapist with anatomy bias. This is yoga for people who know nothing about yoga, so your acquired skills will likely have to be modified to fit our main objectives. Don't expect this training to be designed around your super narrow interests in human physiology.

You are lazy, inattentive, or pathologically insecure. I don't have the patience to answer the same question more than a few times, so pay attention, put your personal issues aside, and show some grit and maturity, please.

You like to take charge over people in a group work setting. We know how to run this training. You don't, and should not try to.

Are overly arrogant. Nobody likes you if you take more than your fair share of time and space in a group. If you are arrogant, please follow this formula:

think about what you want to ask or state.

Write it down.

Wait to see if anyone else is saying it.

Wait to see if its a part of the curriculum at a later point. It often is.

Think again about how you can distill the question or statement down to 30-60 seconds.

Ask or make your statement.

If you and everyone else followed this formula, there will not be a single tedious moment, and everyone will be happy learners.

With this said, all feedback, comments, and ideas are welcome at any point, as long as its fun or short. People have short attention span, and everyone wants to be heard, so as long as you keep this in mind please share anything at any point!
